Leon Oerlemans is Professor of Organizational Dynamics in the Department of Organization Studies, Tilburg University, Faculty of Social Sciences, the Netherlands. He is also Extraordinary Professor Economics of Innovation at the University of Pretoria, Department of Engineering and Technology Management, South Africa. He holds a PhD from Eindhoven University of Technology (1996). His research focuses on the analysis of innovative behavior of (project-based) organizations and can be characterized as theory-based empirical research. Research topics include systems of innovation, temporary organizations, interactive learning and inter-organizational relationships and networks.
