Roxanne Zolin

Dr. Roxanne Zolin is Associate Professor in the School of Management, Queensland University of Technology. She helped develop and teaches the Executive Masters in Complex Project Management in Canberra. Roxanne managed large and small projects in software development, new product development, enterprise development, advertising, marketing and promotions. Roxanne did her PhD in Construction Engineering Management at Stanford University, where she also holds a Masters in Sociology. She researches the affects of complexity on project success and failure. Her software development company built organizational simulations and provided software development and technical writing services to organizations, such as Coles Myer Pty Ltd, Telecom and the Australian Navy. Her marketing company helped start over 500 new businesses with 80% self-supporting n their first year. Roxanne was National Marketing Manager for Myers, the worldÂ’s 15th largest department store chain. Her sales promotions won three national awards from the Sales Promotion Association of Australia.
