Nathalie Drouin started her academic career in 2002 after several years in the private sector. She specializes in strategic management and project management. She holds a Ph.D. from Cambridge University and completed postdoctoral studies at École Polytechnique de Montreal, where she conducted various projects on organizational capabilities and innovation. Since 2003, she has been a professor at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in the Masters Program in Project Management. In 2004, she became a principal researcher of the Canada Research Chair in Technology Project Management. The Chair is held by Professor Mario Bourgault, École Polytechnique de Montréal. She is also a member of the Research Board of the Project Management Research Chair (UQAM) and is responsible of the research axis named: Competencies and Transfer of Learning.
