Joana Geraldi

Dr Joana Geraldi holds a position as lecturer at the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management at University College London. She studied engineering management at UFSCar, Brazil, and earned her PhD in project management from the University of Siegen, Germany. Her current research interest lies in organising multi-project firms. Current research involves programme management, complexity, agility/flexibility, and control mechanisms. She has published in various journals such as International Journal of Project Management and International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Joana has developed and teaches regular courses in project management and organisational behaviour at UCL and Cranfield School of Management; she worked closely together with companies such as MAN Ferrostaal, ThyssenKrupp Uhde, HP.
