Sebastian Godenhjelm (M.A. 2004 University of Helsinki) is a PhD student at the Department of Political and Economic Studies and a researcher at the Swedish School of Social Science at the University of Helsinki in Finland. He is writing his dissertation on project organizations and governance focusing on actors and participatory procedures in the implementation of the European structural fund projects. Godenhjelm has worked as an expert in program evaluations for several ministries, and as a Senior Officer on issues relating to language legislation at the Ministry of Justice. He has also done research on issues relating to minority language media for the Finnish think-tank, Magma. He is currently conducting research for the project Language Dynamics and Management of Diversity (DYLAN), financed by the European Union.
